Let me challenge you with this super easy way that I got from some few researches which I called “the 10-day bellies slimmed down”. It is a rapid plan that will flatten and deep bloat your midsection right here and deprivation not included. Let’s go to the planet and specifically the first thing is: you got to eliminate what I call the ten-belly bloat or foods which I’ve listed down here. Yes, it may seem not to make sense at first but it will as I explain. It's quite important! What foods are you getting rid of? You need to get rid of these foods just for the next 10 days! Don't be scared when you see 1 or 2 of your favorites: 1. Dairies 2. Beans 3. Alcohol 4. High-salt foods 5. Gluten 6. Soft drinks 7. Artificial Sweeteners 8. Sugar 9. Some of those high-sugar fruits. Then, what are you going to eat? It is important to know that when you eliminate something, you've got to replace it with another which has "the same taste" but, with desired results. Does this make sense? A-Breakfast Bone broth. Yeah, bone broth! Let me talk a little bit about it in different ways but, this is actually a foundation of the mornings in your plan. It is, and here’s why...! Because one of the things that I found out is that when your body gets what it needs it’s not always looking for something else and bone broth is a way for you to get virtually no carbs, low calorie, lots of nutrition and it’s so easy and it’s inexpensive to make, it’s warm and comforting and that’s why I loved it so much. A little great trick for beef bone broth: add a little espresso powder in there for a little extra kick and trust me; people love this, it’s absolutely delicious! Another cool thing is, if you want to add a snack anytime it’s always on your plate it always goes for bone broth and you can even put some vegetables and make it a soup. < I feel like making it right away! Ha-ha! Don’t mind me> Let’s move on...! For lunch and dinner, I got some slim gestured food that you can get away with and won’t make you feel hungry the rest of the day. Are you an Acid Reflux and Heartburn Sufferer? Eliminate Your Chest Pain and Burning Sensation NOW!! B-Lunch Simply go for the “Coconut Matcha”. This one is great! But, what do we need to make It? 1-Put 1 scoop vanilla protein 2-You put 2 handfuls Leafy Greens 3- 1/2 can full-fat coconut milk 4-some ice 5- if you want a little sweetener, put in monk fruits 6-And of course the Matcha powder 7-1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk. This is absolutely great! It will keep you really for a long period. Both the Bone Broth and the Coconut Matcha are good in keeping you full (which is a very positive point right here because you won't need to be eating every moment_which eventually stores fats). You don’t really need to stress yourself! Look at this... Here’s the whole point: Get a chicken, a tomato, basil stacks, and get a little oil drizzle: Cut and mix them the way it pleases you... What you have to understand and should never forget: your meals should have a really nice protein, a vegetable and a healthy fat that helps you burn fat.
